We seek to make it easy to manage the business side of youth activities. We believe recreational activities play a major role in the development of young people, and organizations serving this purpose must maintain financial viability. Our aim is to keep these organizations running effectively by simplifying payments collections.
We are three dads who are active in recreational and premier youth activities (basketball, baseball, and wrestling). We've been coaches, referees, umpires, league administrators, and tournament organizers. We've stayed up late to reconcile ledgers, call other parents, and send out invoices.
Because we've been there, we know how important it is to be able to get help when you need it. Our customers have dedicated access support. This isn't a random person from a call center far away; it's a knowledgeable person who already knows your name and your business. We're available to answer questions and resolve problems quickly.
In 2015 we began building the PlayClerk software, releasing it to three clubs in 2016. In 2016-2017 we built features and improved the software for open release in 2018.
